… As a large vase or planter weighing only 6 lbs., 14 oz., this irregular shape container can hold a glass or plastic insert up to 5 inches wide by 11 inches tall that could hold your moist or wet flowers or a live plant.
… The old decomposing tree stump that provided the beautiful knobby and burly strongly grained wood for this sculpture has been strengthened to provide a wonderful unique decorative container. Years of weathering in the mountain wind, rain, snow, and sun gave the wood its unique golden brown black color.
… A smooth and glossy shellac like finish protects this bowl so it can hold and display anything but liquids or moist items (however it has plenty of room for a waterproof insert.
… As for all my major sculptures, this piece comes with a personalized and printed "Record of Ownership" that explains the sculpture’s creation and history.
Care of your Valuable Art piece:
1. The beauty of your art piece will best be maintained by periodically gently removing dust, and occasionally buffing it with a very light furniture polish.
2. As for all wood art, it should NOT be displayed in direct sunlight (no wood likes direct sun) because strong light will fade its rich colors, of course some wood colors inevitably change some over time.
3. Display this treasure where it will be protected from chemicals and moisture.
