This 3-section decorative sculpted maple wood bowl’s rich color mosaic (gold golden brown bronze) is from spalt and birds-eye birdseye patterns of maple wood patterns. It is 8.5” tall x 20.5” wide x 15" deep, weighs 6.5#. I have arbitrarily called one side the “front,” but it is equally fascinating from all sides. The beautiful, salvaged deciduous wood came from a tree 27” diameter and 40’ tall, approximately 90 years old. Since it had a partially hollowed and weakened trunk, it blew down in storm.
