This unique, one of a kind one-of-a-kind juniper planter is smooth and soft with beautiful grain patterns.  It measures 21 tall x 21 wide x 12'' front to back, and has a 4" hole for holding a plant pot or a water container.  It weighs 7.13 lbs.
… The dead Juniper tree this came from was killed in a Utah range fire years before I collected it.  After years of weathering in the wind, sun, rain and snow, the bark was completely gone but the healthy and colorful wood remained.  This planter sculpture can be used indoors or outdoors (if in a covered area).
… A smooth, satin, oil based finish seals this bowl / sculpture and a food grade mineral oil protects it so it can hold and display anything but liquids or moist items.

Care of your Valuable Art piece:
1.  The beauty of your art piece will best be maintained by periodically gently removing dust with a very soft brush on a vacuum cleaner, and perhaps occasionally rejuvenating the finish with a very light coat of Howard’s Feed-N-Wax (a blend of beeswax, Brazilian carnauba wax, mineral oil, and orange oil).
2. The wood for this sculpture was cured until it reached a moisture content like that in most homes.  In some pieces, natural cracks have been filled and others have been retained to enhance the sculpture's design.  Occasionally, over time, cracks may change since indoor humidity levels vary considerably (e.g., residence, office, area of the country).
3. Your art piece should NOT be displayed in direct sunlight (no wood likes direct sun) because strong light will fade its rich colors.
4. Display this treasure where it will be protected from chemicals and moisture.
